Bailé Senior Development will assist and guide senior executives and Boards of Directors through the necessary steps to strategically plan and consider a new development or repositioning.  This often includes an intensive planning Charrette which allows for the exploration of objectives and inputs from the many different perspectives needed for a successful project.  The result of the Charrette will be a unified development plan and a preliminary financial proforma that reflects the goals and objectives of the team and its financial implications.
